To access the Rowlands Library you will need 24 hour access added to your ID badge. If you don't have this already please pop into the library to get it added to your card. Alternatively, you will need to give us a call to access the centre over the festive period on  01905 760601 or internal extension 33760.

            

NHS Athens - technical issues

There are currently technical issues affecting Athens services.  Users may experience difficulty accessing resources via their Athens account. NICE are liaising with the Athens provider to resolve this as soon as possible. We apologise for the inconvenience this may cause.

Worcestershire Health Libraries on Youtube

WHL now have a YouTube page where we have support videos helping you use our resources. We have advice on renewing your books and searching for health information. Please leave any comments and suggestions you may have. We will be adding more videos in due course - http://www.youtube.com/user/worcsacute/videos

Printing Problems

We would like to apologise for the printing issues that have occurred over the last week at Worcester, Redditch and Kidderminster Libraries, This was due to a technical fault on the server.

All printing facilities are now fully working.

Fiction collection news

NEW FICTION BOOKS

 Following on from the very successful Six Book Challenge which recently completed, the Rowlands Library has decided to increase the fiction section.  Although the next reading challenge doesn't start until 2014, we wanted to continue with a collection from the Hive and also increase the selection of books available.  We now have over 200 books on the shelves, from different genres.  These are available to loan and you can search our books at: www.hawks.nhs.uk
