BNF/BNFC mobile app – Athens account not active? Try this workaround.

There is a known issue with the apps not working with newly created NHS Athens accounts.  If you install the app and get the error message ‘Your Athens account is not active’ try the following:
• Login to NHS Athens on the NICE NHS Evidence webpages at: https://openathens.nice.org.uk/Auth/Login?
• Click on a couple of resources from the My Resources tab.
• Go back to the app and try logging in again.  Your NHS Athens account should now be recognised.
If you still experience problems please let us know so that we can investigate further.
More information about the BNF/BNFC apps can be found at: https://www.nice.org.uk/About/What-we-do/NICE-apps-for-smartphones-and-tablets
