Do what we say we will do	On 06/08/2018 Diane renewed the certificates on a card / unblocked it so that the Lead Pharmacy Technician could access her mandatory training. She then did a half hour e-learning training session from 08.25am-9.05am and enrolled her on the training she needed to do.
No delays, every day	David and Hannah went on the wards early morning and evening to help collect staff ids for their smartcards – saving them time in coming to the libraries
We listen, we learn, we lead	The LKS staff supported people during drop in e-learning sessions. We listened that people wanted us to help with e-learning, we learnt by getting training from Jo and we lead by doing the sessions with them as advertised.
Work together, celebrate together	The Library & Knowledge services team was in in the news 4ward Showcase and mentioned by the Michelle McKay in the CE briefs who said “the library was doing a fantastic job” We presented  service at the HR meeting and staff commented they were not aware of all the services we offered
