No delays, every day	LKS  sent information to communications about Free Of Charge access to coronavirus published articles.
We listen, we learn, we lead	Our Clinical Librarian supported the Physiotherapy team during their quarterly journal club.
Work together, celebrate together	The team attended the HR away day – where we were able to share ideas and recognise the work being carried out by all the various teams within the directorate.

For clinicians looking for latest research about coronavirus a number of publishers are providing free access to research articles during the prevalent period of this new strain of the virus.  This is in addition to the information provided by the World Health Organisation.  These include journals published by Wiley, Elsevier, Ovid and OUP, plus The Lancet, New England Journal of Medicine and BMJ.  See below for access information.

No delays, every day	Our document delivery service received the following feedback from a clinician, “many thanks, that was super-efficient!!  Weekend reading for me!”
We listen, we learn, we lead	Library and Knowledge Services have had their vital work included in the revised WAHT People and Culture Strategy.
Work together, celebrate together	A Thank You cake was given to Sharon and Raymond for their help with recent interviews at the Kidderminster Education Centre.
